The Blackbaud Training Room is a combinable space with dual NEC projectors and retractable DaLite screens. It includes videoconferencing using a Cisco SX80 system with SpeakerTrack which nimbly provides a full view of the active speaker. A camera at the back of the room captures a presenter facing the audience. A display at the back of the room allows the presenter to have either the remote audience view or presenter view. The room includes occupancy sensors which allow the calendaring system to free up the room if a recurring meeting ends early or is unexpectedly canceled but not removed from the room’s event schedule.
Condeco room schedulers signal Blackbaud’s meeting room availability with easily observed green/red indicator screens. Users can reserve rooms in an ad-hoc fashion directly from the touch panel as well as through their calendaring system.
A small training room includes dual screen videoconferencing using a CiscoSX80 system with SpeakerTrack and room control. A display in the back of the room allows the presenter to switch between remote audience view and a presentation confidence monitor. A camera in the back transmits the presenter to the remote audience. Wall inputs are available for laptop hardware connections at the podium.
In the Blackbaud Café a Planar 2.5mm LED videowall is used for display. Content is driven by a PreSonus mixer console. Presentation control provided by Vaddio includes fade-in fade-out, record and camera control. Shure wireless mics pick up audience audio. An iPad with the Crestron app controls lighting and audio. A Cisco panel drives videoconferencing.
The lounge is equipped with cable TV and a wallplate connection for PC input.
The Innovation Conference Room includes a Cisco MX800 integrated video conferencing system with dual displays, dual cameras, and SpeakerTrack. The technology is controlled by the on-table touchscreen. In-table hdmi connections are available for screen sharing.
Digital signage in the elevator lobbies is driven by the Visix Digital Signage System.
The Innovation Center Multifunction Room includes dual displays displaying digital signage. A nearby wall panel allows for hdmi input for each display.
Huddle Spaces are equipped with displays with Cisco video conferencing above, a Cisco Touch 10 panel on the table and hdmi inputs in a tablebox.

In the Blackbaud Boardroom dual 90” displays show the crystal-clear inputs from either of two in-table hdmi connections or video conferencing by the CiscoSX80 video conference system with Speaker Track. An on-table Cisco Touch 10 panel controls the system, and Cisco on-table mics allow all speakers to be heard.
Small meeting rooms are equipped with the Cisco Sparkroom 70 which includes an integrated camera, speaker and microphone, driven by on-table Cisco Touch 10 panel. In-table hdmi connections allow for quick and easy screen sharing.
An outdoor patio includes an audio system with 3.5mm source input connections. The rack equipment is discreetly located behind double doors.
